Overview
The communication deals with the problems of performing end reporting cervicovaginal cytology within the framework of uterus cervix cancer screening in the Moravian-Silesian region. After the reduction of the workplaces in 2007 to those which fulfilled the conditions to perform cytology required by legislation, the roles were established for reporting and an inspection was performed subsequently in 2010. The inspection revealed shortcomings which resulted in rejection of almost 900,000 points for the years of 2008 and 2009. The subsequent inspection in 2011 did not find any shortcomings in the reporting.
