Overview
The topic of the paper is the attempt to verify applicability and utility of some elements of one type of a structured health documentation in review medicine. It is so called problem oriented health documentation and its key element – diagnosis formulated in a dynamic way. Its application is presented on a one year sample of review reports related to three diagnostic groups – cardiological, neurological and psychiatric – the illustration of the three different degrees of assessed medical data and thus also three degrees of different demands. The selection was narrowed to three typical diagnosis: ischemic heart disease, vertebral algic syndrome and mixed anxiety depressive disorder.
