Overview
The article focuses on the assessment of special advantages in patients with mental problems, warns about sometimes difficult communication with these clients and frequent complaints about the result. It stresses insufficient documentation common in practice where physicians don’t focus on a possible functional impact.Three case studies are presented to illustrate the practice.
