The article discusses the issue of quality of life in persistent stuttering. In order to illustrate this phenomenon, outcomes of a case study of 10 adult people who stutter were reported. In addition, selected categorized statements of the study participants on their perception of the quality of life with regards to stuttering gained during interviews were also cited.
