Basic clinical problem is to distinguish between normal and abnormal finding both in clinical and laboratoryexamination of the patient. The evaluation of fine differences is the most difficult task, which represents an importantpart of the physician’s skill. In order to differentiate successfully between the normal and abnormal findings, clinicianshould be acquainted with basic principles of biological events measurement.
