Paper brings about findings on rhinitis - definition, classification and clinical picture. New discoveries concern mycotica infection and some methods of investigation. Differential diagnosis of rhinosinusitis includes several diseases. Author presents some possibilities of therapy of rhinitis and includes relations between upper and lower respiratory airways.
