Overview

Sellar masses are relatively rare in geriatric medicine, but in case of undiagnosed hypocorticalism can have potentialy fatal consequences. A sellar mass can be incidentaly discovered by a CT scan in a geriatric patient after a fall.

Presented case report shows an interdisciplinary management of sellar masses with an unexpected cure of a pituitary macroadenoma in the presented patient.
