Overview
Providing employee benefits is now a standard issue. Past research has mapped out how health professionals perceive employee benefits that they see as real benefits and what they take for granted. It has been found out what benefits are missing for healthcare professionals and what benefits they receive from employers. It was assumed that there was no difference between what employees see as a benefit and what employers provide. The results showed that some employee benefits are not considered to be beneficial to employees, that they do not have certain benefits and that there is a statistically significant difference between the benefits that employers provide and what employees consider beneficial.
