The most frequently are presents in infection of kardiostimulation system and in intravenous drug abusers and starts as pneumonia migrans usually. Infective endokarditis of prostetic valves have got some specifics and always need to reoperation and rereplacement of the valve, sometimes agains. The submitted case-history presents a 44-yearold women with right heart failure and infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve. In 1997 we made implantation of biological valve to tricuspidal position. Thanks to poor ATB profylaxion on extraction of teeth in 2002, the biological valve had been attack of prostetic endocarditis and we rereplaced biological valve. Next relaps of infective endocarditis in rereplace biological valve follow in 2003, when in critical condition from vital indication we made next rereplacement of the valve. Patient died for septical shok 15 days after last reoperation.
