Immunosuppressive drugs are mandatory in patients after organ or tissue transplantation.There are lot of benefits but also lot of shortcomings; immunosuppressant agents may beneurotoxic and there interaction with other drugs metabolized by CYP 450 may inducepsychopathological complications.The authors deal with psychiatric complication ofprednisone,ciclosporine and other immunosuppressive drugs. They also offer therapeutic possibilities inthese cases.
