Overview

The objective of the presented work was:
1. To record in clinically manifest cases of rubella in non-immunized men agreement of applied serological tests.2. To demonstrate the controversial character of the interpretation of serological findings in rubella in a group of immunized and non-immunized pregnant women.The authors analyze in particular serological findings of rubella IgM and IgG antibodies and the avidity of IgG rubella antibodies.
