The authors present an account on cancer of the right kidney detected in a 49-yer-old engineerof textile machines during the medical examination following his return after a two-monthbusiness trip to Mexico.They emphasize the importance of a high standard case-history and subsequent diagnosticprocedure which led within the shortest possible time to pannephrectomy and epinephrectomy.
