Theauthors have encoutered the cases that were operated with a longer interval from the CTevidence of pseudocyst and operative finding was significantly different from the graphicexamination. The study is based on the comparison of the curative approach in 20 patients withthe pancreatic pseudocyst, hospitalised in the surgical clinic FN KV in the course of the lastthree years.
