We present a case report of giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Löwenstein tumor). HPV (Hu‑ man Papillomavirus) related lesion about the size of 25 cm was treated by wide radical excision. BuschkeLöwenstein tumors are classified as premalignat le‑ sions of the perigenital area cause local destruction of tissues with the posibility of malignant trasnformation in half of the cases
