Overview
Renal endometriosis is a very rare disease. Its malignant transformation is even rarer. We present an extremely uncommon case of a mixed mesenchymal and epithelial tumor – Müllerian carcinosarcoma arising from an endometriosis of a kidney.
Key words:
Extragonadal endometriosis, maligmant transformation, Müllerian carcinosarcoma, kidney tumor.
