Overview

Bladder carcinosarcoma is a rare type of cancer formed by malignant mesenchymal and epithelial components. It is an aggressive disease that is often diagnosed at an advanced stage. Cure rates are poor. Usually it has a very poor prognosis.

In our case report, we present the case of a 78-year-old man. The carcinosarcoma was found uncharacteristically coincidentally with a perineal trauma.
