Overview
We present a case report of a 57-year old male with a cystic lesion of the right kidney which caused a mechanical compression syndrome. Preliminary clinical findings suggested an infected cyst, although an altered renal cell carcinoma was suspected and later confirmed by histology after a nephron-sparing radical resection of described lesion.
KEY WORDS:
Infected cyst, pseudocyst, mechanical syndrome, renal cell carcinoma
