Overview
In the review is discussion about questions about a nomenclature and diagnostic criteria, risk factors for an origin of urinary tract infection, long-term risks for renal parenchyma especially VUR, diagnostic and therapeutic guides. The intensive activity was made in this area but several current practical conclusions are not supported with reliable studies.
