Overview
Tracheobronchial injuries in blunt thoracic injuries in children are rare. A case-report of a patient with tracheal and right bronchial rupture is presented. Urgent bronchoscopy and thoracic CT scan are diagnostically valuable. Early and correct diagnosis because of the severity of the trauma and cooperation of several specialists due to the high risk of mortality are essential.
