Hypocalcaemia is a serious disorder, which can be manifested by severe neuropsychic disturbances. We presentcase reports of four boys with hypocalcaemia, neurologic symptoms and psychomotor retardation. In three boyswe found pseudohypoparathyroidism and in one patient hypoparathyroidism. Remarkable improvement wasobserved after calcium and vitamin D supplementation.
