Overview

Authors describe a case of a 68-year-old woman with a typical manifestation of erythema gyratum repens. Since the illness is believed to obligate paraneoplastic disease thorough investigation for malignancy was performed with negative results. Eruptions regressed after topical corticosteroid therapy. Repeated oncological screenings performed six months and two and a half years later were also negative. Authors review a current knowledge about the disease.
