Overview
A lack of efficacy and serious adverse events of biological drugs are reasons to change the therapeutic strategy in psoriasis. Switch of biologicals which are used for the treatment of psoriasis does not have strict rules and partly depends on experience of dermatologist. A case of patient with erythrodermic psoriasis successfuly treated with efalizumab after infliximab discontinuation for severe adverse reaction is reported.
Key words:
psoriasis – infliximab – efalizumab
