Overview
A case of 81-year-old patient with blastic NK-cell lymphoma or CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasia diagnosed from histological examination of the excised subcutaneous nodule under the right eyebrow is presented. Inspite of chemotherapy, the rapid leukemic dissemination of aggresive type of lymphoma occurred and patient died 10 months after the beginning of treatment. Authors present clinical and histological picture of blastic NK-cell lymphoma and immunohistochemical demonstration of CD4+ and CD56+ cells.
