Overview
Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma – leg type (PCLBCL) belongs among cutaneous B-cell lymphomas with relatively aggressive clinical behaviour. The authors describe a single case of 68-year-old man with PCLBCL and characterize clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical features of PCLBCL and give an overview of current literature.
Key words:
WHO-EORTC classification for cutaneous lymphomas – diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type – differential diagnostics
