A 45-year-old patient developed an elevated smooth tumor on the left side of forehead. Histologicalexamination showed a primary skin B-cell lymphoma which later was defined according anEORTC classification as a primary cutaneous follicular center cell lymphoma. The tumor completelydisappeared after 6 chemotherapy courses.
