Coincidence of Metastasizing Malignant Melanoma, Kaposi Sarcoma and Adenocarcinomaof the Colon

Described is a case of a patient, born 1919, with surgically treated primary malignant melanomaof the skin with local metastases. In the course of ten years he developed another two separatemalignancies. After 7 years a histologically verified Kaposi sarcoma appeared, localized and recurringin the same site as malignant melanoma. After another three years an adenocarcinoma of thecolon appeared. The patient remains in our care.
