Wells’ syndrome, also known as eosinophilic cellulitis, consists of nonspecific clinical findings,including cellulitis, urticaria, and inflammatory papules. It has a distinctive histopathologic patternof eosinophilic infiltration of the dermis and epidermis along with histiocytes and „flame figures“.
