The authors present for purposes of postgraduate training graphic documentation (along witha brief commentary) of the most frequently used serum examinations of indirect immunofluorescen-ce used in dermatology. The main emphasis is laid on findings for detection of antinuclear antibodieson the substrate of HEp-2 cells in rheumatic diseases, results of assessment of antiendomysialantibodies, C-ANCA and P-ANCA.
