The authors present a report on a quite unique coincidence of three diseases in one female patient.After initial classical juvenile idiopathic arthritis with bilateral ophthalmic triad the patientdeveloped in early adult age ankylosing spondylitis combined with diffuse idiopathic skeletalhyperostosis.
