Overview
Objective:
To describe hear-attack on crystal meth addicted pregnant woman.
Design:
Case report.
Conclusion:
Acute heart-attack during pregnancy means unexpected obstetric complication. The consequences could be fatal for the mother and the fetus. Although good delivery management and treatment could reduce morbidity and mortality to a minimum.
