The paper presents the results of a stomatological examination in 79 clients of an old people’s home, pensioners older than 50 years of age. In addition to evaluation of the dentition condition, the level of oral hygiene and the way of prosthetic rehabilitation of the patients, their general health state was also recorded. It has become obvious that the dental condition in this group of senior citizens is poor and the prosthetic rehabilitation is generally unsatisfactory.
