Two cases of calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) are presented. COC representa group of benign odontogenic tumours with good prognosis, but there is a possible recurrence.The first clinical case of an 8-year-old male patient reports an accidental detection of thetumor located in the right mandibular angle. Clinical findings, x-ray examination, surgery andpostoperative reparation are documented.The second case described is a 16-year old female with chronic symptoms of left maxillarysinus inflammation, where a COC associated with odontoma was found.In some cases of COC coincidence with other types of odontogenic tumors is known.
