Overview
Depressive disorder is frequently associated with cognitive deficit. There was presented partial improvement of cognitive deficit after antidepressant treatment. Certain impairment of cognitive functions outlasts. This study investigated the profile and dynamics of cognitive performance of patients with depressive disorder. The results indicated positive influence of antidepression treatment on cognitive performance. The treatment response may be asssociated with the dynamics of cognitive dysfunction.
