The formulation, definition and classification of psychopathological syndromes depend on theconcept of nosology and pathogenesis of mental disorders. Clinical experience shows that psychopathologicalsyndromes can change and combine depending on various factors. This experienceevokes many questions which are solved quite differently. Several suggestions are presented inthe following paper.
