The course of psychosexual development and sex life of 5 patients with male pseudohermaphrodi-tism - androgen-sensitive form, was examined using a structured interview and three tests: MF(Masculinity and Feminity), SFW (Sexual Function of Women) and SAI (Sexual Arousability In-ventory). Their age during sexuological examination ranged between 23 and 33 years, the averageage was 27.2 years. In all examined persons exstirpation of dysgenetic gonads was carried outbetween the 2 nd and 11 th year of life and in 3 women clitoridectomy with neoplasty of the labiaminora was performed between the 4 th and 13 th year of age. In 4 patients the plastic operation ofthe vagina was performed between 18 th and 20 th year. In all patients sequential substitutiontherapy with steroid hormones was administered. All 5 patients had experience with heterosexualcoital activity. The values of the SFW Questionnaire were within normal limits and all examinedwomen had regular orgasm during sexual intercourse.
