The article presents contemporaryTNMclassification ofmalignant oculartumors.This classification allows to establish the prognosis of the disease correctly andto choose proper treatment strategy. According to this classification, it is possibleto compare results of the treatment and to communicate with the doctors andhospitals at the national and international level as well. It is necessary to acquaintthe doctors especially in postgraduate courses with this classification, althoughthe malignant ocular tumors represent only 0.2 – 0.5 % of all tumors.
