In the period of 15 years authors had the opportunity to observe unilateralprepapillary and peripapillary (preretinal) vascular loops in 14 patients. Eight ofthem had the initial examination in a different time after the first manifestationof vitreous hemorrhage. Morphological appearance of loops was divided into 5cathegories according to simillarity of ophthalmoscopic and angiographic featu-res.
