Clinical results of LASIK with two different microkeratomes were evaluated.Oscillating microkeratome Flapmaker, Refractive Technologies and rotating Dra-eger microkeratome, Storz were used for this study. Operations were performedon two group of high myopic patients (-11,09 D sf.eq., -12,03 D sf.eq. mean preop.refraction). Faster visual recovery and less complications were found with Flap-maker.
