Overview
The paper presents the principles of the dispensary prenatal care in physiological pregnancy to physicians reviewers, draws attention to facts related to purposeful expenditure of financial resources of the public health insurance and outlines the basic frequency and range of the care in women with physiological pregnancy.
The importance of markers for discovering chromosomal aberations is undisputable, the attention is paied to the inborn affection – Down syndrome – and the examination of nuchal translucency of the fetus in the 12th week of gravidity in relation to recording and payment of the ultrasonic examination by a health insurance company.
