Overview
We report a case of a 17-year- old girl who was diagnosed with a rare ectopic ethmoidal esthesioneuroblastoma. The patient presented with idiopathic syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. She underwent endoscopic surgical resection followed by proton beam therapy and during the 31-month follow-up the patient has remained asymptomatic and free of disease recurrence.
