Overview
The first part describes the procedure used at our workplace for training of esophageal voice. In the second part the author presents the results of a complete group of 54 patients after total laryngectomy having been in our care in the period of 2008 - 2012. Regular education care was attended by 41 patients, 7 women and 34 men. The whole education process was completed by 32 patients. The quality esophageal voice after education is used by 10 patients, i.e. 24% if those who began the regular care.
