Vestibulocochlear neurinomas are the most frequent intracranial tumours. Thesymptomatology of these tumours is obscure and not obvious in early stages.In our paper, we are presenting a patient with an atypically localized destructive lesion, in theregion of the pyramidal peak. Peroperative and bioptically verified neurinoma type B.
