The paper deals with the problem of vasoneuroses (vasospastic diseases). After basic general information on effects exerted onthe peripheral vascular tonus there is a review of different diseases, Raynaud’s phenomenon, acrocyanoses, livedo reticularis,erythromelalgia and pernia. Attention is devoted mainly to Raynaud’s phenomenon as the generally valid rules are the same alsofor the other diseases. Description of the clinical condition by diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapy is done. The authordraws attention to the problem of secondary vasoneuroses, their causes and diagnostic possibilities.
