Overview
Pension Insurance Act, the Social Welfare Act and Employment Act also introduce a number of obligations for the attending practitioner (GP) in the field of disability pensions, benefits to persons with disabilities, and when assessing the suitability of employment. Although these obligations are well known, there were frequent amendments to laws governing the social area, so doctors sometimes hesitate how to select the correct procedure. The purpose of this article is to familiarize professionals with current responsibilities of physicians in this area.
