The risk factors of civilization diseases can be decreased:
a) by the lifestyle, b) pharmacologically, c) by both.Most of work studies the influence of drugs (statins etc.) while the effect of lifestyle is less investigated. This article presents a small review of studies of the influence of lifestyle on the decrease of some risk factors of civilization (cardiovascular) diseases (BMI, blond pressure, blond sugar, serum cholesterol), with the aim to decrease the morbidity and mortality.
