Case report of incidentally diagnose Zinner syndrome in a young man

Overview
Zinner syndrome is a rare disease which consists of renal agenesis, ipsilateral obstruction of ejaculatoraly ducts and formation of seminal vesicle cyst. Diagnosis is made by magnetic resonance and CT scan. Treatment of this dissease are miniinvasive surgical aproaches. Standard of care is transuretral resection of the ejaculatory duct. Observation of renal insuficience is nessesary. Very important is the possibility of infertility problems in young men and this must be treated in time.
