Authors describe the case of mycosis fungoides in plaque and tumour stage in a 78-year-old ladypatient. In the beginning she was treated by PUVA combined with prednison with almost completeremission of the disease. PUVA treatment was stopped after myocardial infarction and it wasfollowed by development of new tumour lesions.Treatment with electron beams and retinoids orally was completely successful.
