The laboratory values were obtained from 9 examinations of arterial blond in 8 hours period during hypothermia therapy and during normothermia too. For statistickl analysis was used Wilcoxon test. There were no significant changes in serum levels of haemoglobin, trombocytes, fibrinogen, activated partial tromboplastin and prothrombin time values in the course of mild hypothermia therapy opposite to normothermia values.
